Because of availability, is recommended that tours be booked in advance and paid for. We do not allow walk up guests who want to pay with cash. If you are having any trouble booking online, please contact us and we can easily help plan your tour over the phone.
Confirmation is sent immediately after booking. Confirmation will contain a company phone number, meeting place, time to meet, map and general directions. If you do not receive this email please first check your spam folder, or contact us.
Cancellations/Dates changes must be made more than 12 hours in advance of your tour. You can then reschedule once at no additional cost or fees. Cancellations within 12 hours of the tour are considered no-shows, and are not refundable.
To get a refund from a voucher purchased through a 3rd party, you must cancel at least a week in advance and contact your 3rd party seller for a refund.
Except for severe weather, all tours are held rain or shine. However, we supply ponchos if it rains. We recommend you check the weather forecast to help you choose your shoes and garments. You might want to bring an umbrella.
We can help, but ultimately you are responsible for you and your children’s safety. Since food is a big part of the tour, please make us aware of all food allergies before you partake.
Tours do not include gratuities. Most guide books and American Express suggest 10-15% of the full tour price.
Pets are allowed on our tours, but they must behave. As much as we love them, other guests might have potential allergies, and pets and service dogs will need to be kept in control on lead at all times.
